Worried about how your training will affect you whilst pregnant and after your baby is born?

We have qualified trainers that can tailor a specific program to meet your pre and post natal needs so that you can exercise with peace of mind and know that the exercises you do are appropriate for your condition and ensure the safety of you and your baby.

Remember that if you have been exercising pre pregnancy you can, and ideally should, keep exercising whilst pregnant to increase the chances of a healthy baby as well as a fitter and healthier you!

If you are new to exercise, we can still advise options that will suit you during and after your pregnancy.
