1-2-1 Personal Training


If group classes are not your thing or you have a specific goal in mind, then signing up for a 1-2-1 session is the right way to go.

With a wide range of services to choose from, our trainers will create a personalised program just for you.

During your first session, your personal trainer will put you through fitness tests, body measurements and a short workout.  You will also have the chance to discuss and plan your goals, both short and long term.

If your goal is:
