All our trainers hold current Cert lll in Fitness, Cert lV in Fitness, Senior First Aid certificates along with other current and up to date qualifications such as boxing, nutrition and circuit training.
Our trainers have experience in areas such as weight training, weight & fat loss, circuit based training, boxing and pre & post natal.

In your Initial Consultation, your trainer will take you through fitness testing, body measurements and goal setting. Then every 4-6 weeks, they will take you through the same process to see the progress that you have made towards achieving your goals.
